SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V 90046 QNG AND F/V 90252 QNG, 23 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 19-33N 114-57E AT 290800Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
