1. VESSELS DISABLED AND ADRIFT AT 010358Z APR:
   A. F/V 90046 QNG, 11 PERSONS ON BOARD,
      IN 18-19N 112-59E.
   B. F/V 90252 QNG, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD,
      IN 17-06N 111-28E.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
   SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
