1. VESSELS DISABLED AND ADRIFT AT 311232Z MAR:
   A. F/V 90046 QNG, 11 PERSONS ON BOARD,
      VICINITY 18-26N 113-11E.
   B. F/V 90252 QNG, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD,
      VICINITY 17-47N 112-22E.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
   SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.

Adrift
Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
