EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. ANGUILLA. 13 METER VESSEL CATIMINI, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE ST MARTIN TO VIRGIN ISLAND. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 18-12.53N 063-27.89W AT 040400Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
