   BETWEEN 42-23.5N 009-48W AT 252000Z SEP AND 48-38.4N 005-02.9E
   AT 261900Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC ETEL.

Man overboard: Someone has gone into the water from a vessel; ships in the area are asked to look for them.
