PHILIPPINE SEA. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V HOKUTOMARU NO. 2 VICINITY 17-38N 139-43E AT 081125Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
