MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V VICINITY 14-30N 116-00E AT 141205Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, TELEX: 82952.
