1. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V VICINITY 14-35N 116-00E AT 141205Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, TELEX: 82952. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 239/01(74), AID RESTORED. 3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 247/00.
