GULF OF TONKIN. F/V 90207TH, NINE PERSONS ON BOARD, TAKING ON WATER AND SINKING IN 19-47-39N 107-14-14E AT 160400Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HAIPHONG.
