GULF OF TONKIN. 1. F/V ZIONG ZHANZ SANK IN 19-48N 107-08E AT 301117Z DEC. 11 PERSONS RESCUED, TWO PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HAIPHONG. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3597/11(91).
